Welcome to the Australian Bush

Join us for a morning of adventure as we discover the Australian Bush. 

Perfect for kids aged 2 - 5 years who love to play outdoors and use their imagination, our nature play sessions have plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. This month, we are celebrating the Australian Bush through bark paintings, bird nest making, small world play and so much more! What makes this session even more special is, we've got the perfect spot located at the Tharwa Bridge picnic area (right under the bridge), this means we will be surrounded by birdsong and the children can enjoy a group mindfulness activity at the end of the session, where we can learn some yoga poses, the perfect way to enjoy the Australian Bush.

This event is designed to encourage early childhood development through hands-on exploration of the natural world. Come join the fun and let your little ones unleash their inner adventurers!

You'll find us set up under the trees near the Tharwa Bridge. We will post to our Instagram stories the exact location on the day. We can't wait to see you there.

*Younger children are permitted to attend however please keep in mind activities will be tailored to the age ranges listed above. Sibling tickets are available for all participating children 10+ months.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

All you need is your little one and a grown up who is willing to participate alongside them. We are outside so closed in shoes, a hat, water bottle, sunscreen and clothes appropriate to the weather (that your don't mind getting a little grubby) are recommended. 

How will the session run?

We will start the session with some housekeeping information, then the children will have free-play and time to explore each of the stations. When you see the bubbles come out this is your sign that the session is nearing its end and to prep your child.

What if the weather is bad on the day?

If the weather is significantly bad on the day we will be in touch regarding a refund or rescheduled event.
