Nature Yoga at seaside sanctuary for women

Immerse yourself in a nurturing seaside meditation and yoga session – seasoned with poetry and enfolded in nature.
Be guided to shift from 'thinking & doing' to 'feeling & being' in an immersive sensory experience that is Body Poetry Nature Yoga.
Stemming from the vinyasa and tantric yoga traditions, in this unique program you reconnect with nature and in doing so remember your true nature - calm, centered and steady.
These nurturing yoga sessions for women are held in the seaside women's sanctuary that is the McIver's Ladies Baths, Coogee – the perfect spot for a post yoga dip! (pool entry included)
Each 1 hour session includes pranayama breath practise, visualisation and a meditative vinyasa slow flow - for a strengthening, energising and relaxing experience. All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is beneficial. Sessions are tailored to the group.
Sessions are for small groups only allowing for individual assists in restorative poses and savasana.
inessence nature yoga is an ideal antidote for anxiety and stress – the perfect tonic to incorporate into your self care routine.
Bookings are essential as places are limited.

drop in - $25 (+ booking fee)

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow for people on the waiting list to attend (as limited places). Cancellations with 24+ hours notice will receive a refund or be transferred to another date if preferred.
In the instance of wet/windy weather, you will notified of the session's cancellation by SMS the evening prior.
Your registration will be transferred to a future date of your choice or refunded if you prefer.
PARKING
Street parking (paid and unpaid) options are available on Beach & Neptune Sts and surrounding areas.
WHAT TO BRING
Don't forget bring your own mat, sunscreen, something warm and bathers (if you'd like a cold plunge). If you're heading straight to work after, there are hot showers on site.
