Navigating Aged Care and Fall Prevention

Join Coleen Wright – Resident Liaison for Curtin Heritage Living and let her guide you through the Aged Care Sector.

Coleen is experienced at navigating the aged care sector, and particularly the challenge of finding the right match between an individual and a place to call home when a higher level of support is required than can be accessed in the community. Coleen is an experienced Placement Agent and has also recently graduated with a Bachelor of Dementia Care. She will be available to share important information you should know when searching for an aged care home, what to ask and look for, and what you can expect when transitioning from the community to aged care. She is open to all of your questions and will point you in the right direction.

This will be followed by information from Physiotherapist, Nicole Mudford from Curtin Heritage to learn how to stay healthy this summer.  Nicole will teach you how to avoid falls and Stay on your feet.
