This training can help you to develop empathy for yourself and others, create more ease in your intimate relationships, and cultivate inner peace.

This is a training exclusively for men, held in a safe and respectful environment where you can connect with other men in similar situations to you.

Through role-play, interactive activities, and games, (that address varied learning styles), explore how to understand yourself and others, ask for what you want, express yourself honestly, and listen deeply to loved ones.

Held over 2 Days, Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th June
