Have you recently discovered you’re neurodivergent and find yourself wondering, “What’s next?” You’re not alone. 

Join our Social & Support Group with Karla (neurodivergent therapist) a safe and supportive space to embrace self-discovery, self-regulation, and self-love. Together, you’ll gain practical tools and guidance to help you navigate your unique journey with confidence, empowerment, and a sense of belonging.

This session with be facilitated by Karla Pretorius our resident Psychologist

What you’ll get out of this session:

  • Improved self-awareness.  You’ll gain insights into your unique trains and how they shape your experience
  • Tools to start your journey of self-discovery so you can celebrate your neurodivergent identity 
  • Understand self-regulation and practical strategies to manage emotions and sensory sensitivities 
  • Build confident by appreciating your authentic self and communicating your needs with confidence

This is a safe place, there is no pressure to have camera on.  Any questions can be asked in the chat or if you feel comfortable off mic.  We do record the formal part of the session for those who can't make it, but we turn off the recording for our Q&A.
