NAWIC are excited to host a work-life balance and wellness event. Join us for a wonderful evening hosted by Kitchen Things. There will be cooking demonstrations by cooking expert Fiona Robertson, seminar by a professional dietitian, and prizes to be won!

Speakers
Diana Anderson

Diana is a Registered Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of NZ working for the Diabetes Foundation Aotearoa.  She also runs a Nutrition Clinic and a Diabetes Self-Management Programme in East Auckland for East Health Trust. Diana has worked with people at their workplaces who are keen to improve their quality of life.  Diana's passion is finding the joy of eating good food nourishing body and soul.

Fiona Robertson

Fiona is a professional cooking demonstration expert at Kitchen Things, who will do the cooking demonstrations of two dishes for us to taste on the day. Her skills are short preparation and cooking times for foods with high nutritional value to ensure everyone is healthy and well.

There will be a prize draw of a SMEG Kettle in pastel blue.
