In this masterclass, we take a focused and practical view of NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission expectations for organisational governance in the key areas of risk management, incident management and complaint management and identify specific actions to proactively strengthen your approach to organisational governance.

You will gain the essential skills and confidence to identify the current state of your governance management system and identify strategies for improvement.
