The 2026 International Women’s Day Luncheon event, presented by NECA Victoria in partnership with NECA Education & Careers, is more than a celebration - it is a platform for women and allies across the electrotechnology industry to drive genuine, lasting change.
With women making up only 3% of the workforce, this year’s theme Lead with Purpose, Act with POWER focuses on turning inspiration into action. Together, we will explore how to build inclusive systems, amplify representation, and position women as visible leaders shaping the future of the industry.
Through shared experiences, practical insights, and leadership tools, attendees will leave equipped to take meaningful action in their workplaces - not just to participate in change, but to lead it.
