Nerve Block Workshop

Join the EMUGs team for a nerve block workshop. 

- Monday 3rd of February 10:00am - 5:30pm

- The Hunter Centre, University of Otago, 279 Great King Street, Dunedin North, Dunedin 9016, New Zealand

This is a unique opportunity to learn and practice nerve block techniques. 

The morning will include nerve block anatomy and techniques (incorporating upper and lower limb) including hands-on scanning of live models.

After lunch, we will move to the cadavar lab to further hone your nerve block skills. The following nerve blocks will be covered:

1. Femoral nerve/ Peng
2. Popliteal sciatic Nerve
3. Serratus Plane
4. Erector Spinae
5. Axillary Brachial Plexus
