What you'll experience

There are no positive or negative emotions - each one offers valuable information about your needs and values. Everyone has a "window of tolerance" where they can handle emotions effectively. Outside this window, you either explode (anxiety, anger, overwhelm) or implode (numbness, shutdown, brain fog).

You'll learn about window of tolerance and polyvagal theory, then explore different body-centered approaches to shift from dysregulation back into your optimal zone of regulation. You'll discover how to interpret your emotions to draw valuable insights about your needs and values, transforming emotional overwhelm into wisdom.
