This workshop is a safe, loving and nurturing container that welcomes authenticity and rawness. An invitation to bring awareness and acceptance to our 'kinks'. The intention of this container is to normalise the dance between fight/flight/freeze/fawn to rest & digest, restore & reset. By immersing into all senses, you will be guided and held by practices of moving meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy and yin yoga-ssage.

✨ We will Initiate our journey by Picking a Card while siting t & sipping a medicinal soothing nervous system herbal tea.
✨ You will set your intention for this journey while you engage with a special aromatherapy blend ritual of calling in and embodying your body wisdom.
You will dive in a guided Non Linear Movement Meditation.
✨ You will integrate the journey with a nourishing Yin Yoga-ssage session + Sound Healing where You will be lovingly guided and held by healing hands whilst melting and anchoring in each soothing breath and shape on your yoga mat. This is the time to energetically CREATE a new imprint/blueprint of REST & DIGEST - RESTORE & RESET into your Nervous System. From your Body wisdom up and through your Nervous System.
