Neuk presents "Designer by Default" with Daisy Dawson - for Neuk Collective members

Event description

Neuk presents "Designers by Default" - a free in-person workshop with Daisy Dawson, for Neuk Collective members. (Not a member? Join free here

We are excited to welcome Daisy Dawson - award-winning social designer, neuro-liberation activist and activator of Adeziv, a design activism movement - for this hand-on workshop.

What's it all about?

Using Daisy's award-winning inclusive club collective kit methodology, we will explore the concept of neuro-liberation within a neuro-inclusive group of Neuk members. Through activities such as making, stimming, resting, and applying theories like "designer by default" and "rest as work," we aim to put these ideas into practice. The goal is to connect with other members, design new proposals, and understand the possibilities Neuk can offer based on the group's reflections.

This in person meet up is designed to foster an inclusive way of working together whilst combining making skills, and neuro-liberated activism and meeting fellow neurodivergent artists.

This workshop is facilitated by Daisy Dawson - Neuk member, social designer and neuro-liberated activist.
