New date! ELEVATE #3: Rooftop Dance Party with Kerry Bo Berry! Yoga & Sound Bath

NEW DATE! Oct. 5... We're waiting for the sun to come back! We will have a fire pit and fire dancers!

Our 3rd ELEVATE is sure to be the best yet! As the setting sun creates the warm glow of the golden hour, join us for a uniquely transcendent experience on our rooftop oasis with an incredible view of the city skyline from Center City to East Falls!

5:30pm Arrival begins, elixir bar opens
Jaya Kava will be serving up iced herbal teas, kombucha, kava and kratom elixirs, ceremonial cacao, juice, and nourishing nibbles throughout the night!
(Welcome table will be open til 8.)

6-7pm Yoga Flow: Alexander Schimmel
Get out of your head and into your heart with a feel good yoga flow for all levels. Alexander weaves wisdom and storytelling through a dynamic flow of ancient asana, voice activation, and somatic breathwork. It will open your heart and Awaken your spirit for the rest of the night!

7-8:30pm DJ Dance Party: Kerry Bo Berry
Local Philly dance community favorite Kerry Bo Berry will share the beats and grooves to get you movin!

8:30-9pm Sound Bath relaxation: Mary DiMeglio
After you work it all out, find your chill with deep rest to soothing sacred sounds.

HOW TO FIND US
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) If the gate is up when you enter the parking lot, make sure to pull a ticket anyway -- you will need it to get out. We'll be on top of the parking garage (Level 5). If need be, Founded has a restroom.

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat and water. Sneakers recommended for dancing on the concrete. Cup for the elixir bar to be eco-friendly :-)
