Kimchi Workshop

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish where the combination of vegetables and spice mix is pickled and fermented to preserve the food.

In this workshop our Chef will show you how to make your own kimchi.

Please bring an apron and a clean, medium sized jar to take home your own freshly made kimchi.

When? Saturday 25 November, 10:00am to 12:00pm
