Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.

Set to music - with Himalayan Singing Bowls and drums - to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system.
