Take some time out to journey beyond the conscious mind - using breath and sound to transcend thoughts, to anchor yourself deeply in the present, and to work with the energy of the new moon to set an intention.

✨ conscious connected breath journey

✨ sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls

✨ time for integration and regrounding

✨ warming chai

Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.

Set to music - with Himalayan Singing Bowls and drums - to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system.

Benefits of conscious connected breathing are many, including:

- calm the mind

- boosts immunity

- find greater clarity

- calms the nervous system

- deep relaxation

It's a super cosy and warm space, and we'd love you to join us for herbal tea afterwards to ease you back gently.

Hope you can come along✨🙏
