Description

There’s a playgroup for your baby. A check-up for your baby. So many people asking how your baby is doing. And people ask how you are too, of course — but how often do you really get to have that conversation? The honest one, about how YOU are, mama?

Because motherhood doesn’t come with a manual — but we don’t have to work it out alone.”

A gentle four-hour morning of high tea with handpicked food, warm conversation, hands-on activities, and time that’s entirely yours.

Motherhood is one of the most beautiful, transformative journeys we’ll ever take, and it looks a little different for every single one of us. No two stories are the same. Yet we so rarely get a space to simply stop, breathe, and talk about it honestly.

This is that space. A warm, welcoming morning where we come together to acknowledge motherhood as the journey it truly is. To celebrate the joyful, rewarding moments, and to gently, honestly share the harder ones too. Because both are real, and both deserve to be heard.

Together we’ll explore how we care for our own wellbeing, not as an afterthought, but as the very thing that helps us show up for our little ones and our families. As mums, we pour so much into everyone else, and somewhere along the way it’s easy to lose track of the last time we dressed up, sat down, and did something just for ourselves.

So think of this as a gentle invitation to do just that. A morning that’s yours. Whether you arrive in your comfies or your favourite outfit, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

In this morning together, we’ll:

• Acknowledge motherhood as a journey, and feel less alone in ours

• Celebrate the rewarding moments, and gently share the challenges

• Take part in warm, hands-on activities, with a workbook that’s yours to keep and take home

• Reflect together on real stories, everyday moments and short video clips we’ll watch as a group

• Discover practical, everyday tools to care for our own wellbeing

• Connect with other mums who truly understand

• Enjoy a beautiful high tea with handpicked food in a warm, welcoming space

• Leave with a little of ourselves, restored

Expecting your first baby, or simply beginning to imagine motherhood one day? This space is for you too. Come and learn gently from women already walking the journey, the honest, the beautiful and the everyday, so you feel supported and prepared, surrounded by mums who understand.

Who this morning is for: New mums, mums-to-be, women who are expecting or planning for motherhood, and the grandmothers who walk beside them. Whatever your story, you belong in this room.

On the day, copies of the MindBridge Wellbeing Journal will also be available, a lovely year-long companion to keep your wellbeing going long after the morning ends.

However you show up, you belong here. This is your morning.

Just yourself. Everything you need — including your workbook and materials — is provided. Copies of the MindBridge Wellbeing Journal will also be available to purchase on the day if you’d like one.

  • What is your refund policy?

If MindBridge Wellness cancels the event, you’ll receive a full refund. As catering and venue numbers are confirmed in advance, tickets are non-refundable if you’re unable to attend — but you’re very welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member; just let us know their name beforehand. If something urgent comes up, please reach out — we’ll always try to be understanding.
