This is a weekly invitation to relax and unwind your nervous system, connect inwards and cultivate a sense of presence for yourself.
Stress is such a common daily experience in our lives and it takes a huge toll on our health and our soul. 
Come and join this intimate meditation circle where you can experience the relaxing effects of Effortless Meditation.

They say that if you could administer the results of meditation in the form of a pill, everybody would be taking it!

Each week we will:

  • Dive into some of the amazing benefits of meditation + the science behind it.
  • Explore Effortless Meditation (and yes, it is easy and effortless. ANYONE can do it).
  • Be guided through a 30-minute Effortless Meditation journey.
  • Share a conversation over a herbal tea
