There are an extensive amount of studies on effortless forms of meditation and they show some truly incredible results. Effortless meditation does to the body the exact opposite of what stress does.

Some of the benefits are:
- Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
- Deeper sleep (helps with insomnia)
- Strengthening immune system
- Higher levels of creativity
- Mind body connection
- Mental clarity
- More productivity

Beyond this, meditation allows you to connect in deeper with your own inner wisdom, discovering more of who you really are... underneath the layers, underneath the conditioning and underneath all thoughts and emotions.

No experience necessary
Great for both total beginners and experienced meditators alike
