DfSS Newcastle Team are holding a Pop-Up BOUTIQUE & BASICS SALE and you're invited!

Come along to find a bargain, just in time for Christmas. We will be offering beautiful pre-loved items of women's clothing, shoes, and handbags. Sizes range from 6 to 16. Bargains will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so grab your ticket today! 

All funds raised will go to continuing our services to support women in our local area. 

The event will be COVIDsafe; entry via ticket only, timed shopping sessions, and restricted numbers per shopping session. 

​​When: Saturday, 12th December, 2020

Where: 1st New Lambton Scout Hall (corner of Queens Rd and Fleet St). 

What: Boutique items, everything under $50. Basics items, everything $5. 

Tickets: $10-$20 (you must have a ticket to enter, ticket price redeemable against purchase)

9:00am - 10:30am "Early Bird" ticket, $20 entry cost (these 35 ticket holders will have first choice of all items)

10:30am to 12:00pm "General Admission" ticket, $15 entry cost (only 35 people will have looked before you!)

12:30pm - 1:15pm "Afternoon Session One" ticket, $10 entry cost 

1:15pm - 2:30pm "Afternoon Session Two" ticket, $10 entry cost 

2:30pm - 3:15pm "Afternoon Session Three" ticket, $10 entry cost 

Please note: 
Admission by pre-paid ticket only. Ticket prices are redeemable against purchase. This is a card-only event. Clothing priced individually and as marked. We have limited stock in sizes 18+

COVID Safety: 

This event is being held in 45 to 90-minute time slots, with numbers limited per session to allow for COVID tracking and social distancing requirements.

Entry to the event is by pre-paid ticket only. Ensure your ticket is in hand at entry for QR code sign-in (paper or mobile device). Please note, the timing on your ticket as that is the time you will be allowed to enter and the latest time you must the leave event.

In accordance with NSW guidelines and additional measures:

  • QR ticket code sign-in and strict control on event numbers
  • Temperature taking and hand sanitiser on entry
  • Asking attendees to confirm that they do not feel unwell and have not been in contact with a case of COVID-19 or have been in a COVID hotspot
  • Frequent cleaning throughout the day
  • Spacious layout to allow for social distancing
  • Assigned COVID Marshall to ensure the above

Refund policy

All items are sold as seen, no refunds or returns as these are pre-loved items donated to charity. Tickets will only be refunded if we cancel in the event of COVID restriction changes and health department recommendations.
