There is a saying in business – Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.  So let us plan to succeed and deliver a workshop that creates confidence to make a plan that gets you kicking goals as an NFP.  As an NFP, you need to make sure that you are sustainable in all that you do.  

Basically, you need to be around for the next 20 years and so on.  By working through a Strategic Plan outline you will be able to know where you are now, where do you want to be and how do you know you got there.   

Workshop “Strategy”

•  Introduction – creating an understanding of the - Where are we NOW?  The operating environment, social, political, economic etc.  Where is it you want to be?  What is truly achievable?  

•  How do we get THERE?  Creating achievable and measurable objectives with an understanding of how they can be implemented through an action plan.
