Leave your shoes and your worries at the door. This is your time to soften, breathe, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Nia blends mindful movement with global music, guiding you into sensations of aliveness and dynamic ease.

Nia meets you exactly where you are. Even if you’re completely new to movement you’ll be invited to move in your own body’s way—at your pace, with your sensations as your guide.

You’ll leave feeling uplifted and energised. Expect a renewed sense of playfulness, curiosity and presence that ripples into the rest of your day.
