A Wine Tasting to benefit Nick Dugmore of Stoke Wines

In the realm of Australian winemaking, Nick 'Duggie' Dugmore stands out, radiating passion and charisma. His Stoke wine label is a vivid reflection of this. We've been proud to stock our shelves with his wines from Cardwell Cellar's salad days. 

Recently Nick has been diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer.

Facing the challenging journey ahead, spanning approximately the next twelve months, Nick anticipates stages of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, potentially followed by surgery. Standing by his side with unwavering support are his loving wife, Rebecca, and their two children, Finley and Flora.

Nick, the winemaker of Kangaroo Island's Stoke Wines, a highly acclaimed winery awarded the 'Vigneron' trophy at the prestigious 2023 Young Gun of Wine Awards, now grapples with numerous doctor and hospital visits. Unfortunately, he is currently unable to tend to the work at his vineyard.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to support Nick and his family, and of course all wine purchases will help the winery with the difficult period ahead.
