Nidra + Networking (South Australia)

Event description

Immerse yourself in the power of deep rest. Join us for a tranquil 90-minute journey where you'll explore the profound benefits of relaxation, something we all deserve a little more of.

We will allow the dust of life to settle, so you can reconnect with the real you. You will be guided through an intention setting practice to uncover or re-define your soul purpose. This will help you to relax and get really clear on how you can realign your mind-set in a way that honours & supports your intrinsic nature. Through gentle restorative yoga postures, the blissful practice of Yoga Nidra meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, you will be guided into profound states of rest, allowing your body and mind to unwind, release tension, and restore balance. Discover the transformative potential of deep relaxation with us.

We will conclude our evening with a calming tea and an opportunity to connect and network with like-minded people from the Yoga Australia community.
