SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

No Black or Dark visors allowed. We recommend SMOKED or CLEAR visors.

All motorcycles are to be fitted with some type of rear (red) light. Street bikes fitted with lights will be automatically eligible, but track only bikes will need a solid red taillight, similar to those used on bicycles when riding at night. These tail lights do not need to indicate braking but need to be appropriately fitted to match the speeds being travelled.

TIMINGS

Gates open at 5:30pm, and the evening runs from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Please arrive no later than 6.00pm to ensure you have time to complete the registration process and listen to the rider's briefing.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

The ARDC Garage Cafe on Level 1 will be operating on the night. Your entry allows a $20 food and drink voucher to spend in the Cafe on the night of your session. Private paid catering is not allowed.

No alcohol should be consumed for at least 12 hours prior to your track day, and all riders must have a 0.0 blood alcohol level.

WEATHER

NOTE: We will not run Nightshift for Bikes in bad/wet weather. A call will be made on the day if it looks like rain, and a resolution will be sought. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone, we will contact you as soon as possible via Humanitix.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUND OR DATE CHANGES

Cancellations must be advised at least 3 days prior to the event. Refunds for cancellation within 24 hours or non-attendance are not available. Refunds will be given in full minus the Humanitix booking fee (3.5% plus $0.99).

Transfers and re-scheduled sessions incur no fee, and can be done online through Humanitix.
