Open every Monday in July from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, this is a chance to walk through a real Scandi project on the Mid Coast and see how high-performance homes feel in person.

This home showcases how high-performance, energy-efficient dwellings can be delivered quickly—while creating beautiful, light-filled spaces to live in or rent out.

Part of a series of recent projects delivered on the Mid Coast, including builds in Gloucester, Taree, and Wingham, this open home offers a chance to see how it is designed, built, and performs in real life.
