Hosted by Scandi Cabins & Sorensen Caldon Ferris Builders

Step inside a 9.8-star energy-efficient home and experience what high-performance living looks and feels like.

Explore the reduced-size Nordica home — a completed 9.8-star energy-efficient secondary dwelling (60 m²) — designed for fast delivery, high performance, and comfortable living.

Open every Monday in July from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, this is a chance to walk through a real Scandi project on the Mid Coast and see how high-performance homes feel in person.

This home showcases how high-performance, energy-efficient dwellings can be delivered quickly—while creating beautiful, light-filled spaces to live in or rent out.

Part of a series of recent projects delivered on the Mid Coast, including builds in Gloucester, Taree, and Wingham, this open home offers a chance to see how it is designed, built, and performs in real life.

Walk through the home at your own pace and speak directly with the builder who delivered it. Whether you're considering building, investing, or simply exploring what’s possible on your block, this is a great opportunity to see real projects up close.
