Not Invisible to Me
Event description
You are not invisible. Not to us. Not to other women.
And maybe—just maybe—not to yourself either.
This workshop is a soul-rooted gathering for Midlife Women guided by poetry, movement, and reflection.
It’s an invitation to be deeply seen: by others—and most of all by yourself.
And an invitation to step into your midlife powers and true sovereignty.
In the company of other midlife women, you’ll be held in a space of sacred pause and gentle witnessing. Using David Whyte’s “Midlife Woman” as a starting point, we’ll use breathwork, embodied movement, personal reflection, and shared dialogue to explore the many selves you’ve been—and begin to listen for the one still longing to emerge.
Come home to your body. Come home to your truth. Come home to your sacred visibility and the sovereignty that follows.
You’re Invited
If you’ve been longing for a space to breathe, to feel, and to be fully seen…
If you’re curious about who you are now—and who you’re still becoming…
If you’re ready to reconnect to your own voice, your own rhythm, your own deep knowing…
This circle is for you.
What to Expect
This is not a performance. There is no “fixing” here; instead, it’s an invitation to unfurl what is already perfect inside you. There is only space to soften, root, and remember who you are—beyond roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Soulful breathwork and gentle embodied movement
Poetry and prompts to spark reflection
Journaling and personal exploration
Small-group dialogue in a supportive circle of women
