Nothing Like A Friend
Description
Come along to see the UC Music students perform Nothing Like A Friend.
Performance 1:
7pm, Saturday 26th September
Performance 2:
4pm, Sunday 27th September:
Featuring songs by David Kirshenbaum, we see the evolution of friendship through the decades. We begin in high school with our flawed, yet loveable characters, Mary, Kathy and Joanne, who are each obsessed with their appearances. Throughout the years the dynamics within their friendship shift as they grow into their own people, only to discover they no longer share the same values in life.
Performed by Olivia Singleton, Freya McKeich, and Rebecca Brown and directed by Lydia McCaul, this performance is part of an ensemble paper for third year music students.
