    Sonia Osborne is a Nutritional Therapist and Coach. Sonia specialises in women’s health and brings her own lived experiences to her practice. She will have you saying goodbye to deprivation and short-term solutions. Her approach is holistic, and will help you to navigate these midlife hormonal shifts through necessary changes in the ways that you eating, moving, living and believing.
