Ryo will share the traditional methods for preparing tofu, as well as a few secret tips for best practices of cooking the tofu.
WHAT YOU MAY LEARN
This workshop will have participants learning tips on how to make tofu, as well as how best to cook with it.
Participants will prepare one of Ryo's favourite tofu recipes, which will not be known until a few days prior to the workshop.
The workshop is suitable for creatives, beginners, foodies or anyone interested in embracing new skills to try at home.
