W/S #4: NOURISHING THE HIDDEN HUNGER OF YOUR SOUL. WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO FOOD? - Sunday 6 June, 3pm to 5pm

Join Carol Harding and Jo-Anne Stutley in this interactive 'Eating Sacred' experience.

Carol has been a customer of Darlin' Dal for many moons. Sharing deeply her understanding and idea of Eating Sacred meditation, she brings the experience and delights of sharing food in ritual and ambience. Sensing the need to bring us back to honoring not only ourselves but also the food we need to connect with on our plate, Carol facilitates and is your guide on this experiential journey with food.

Growing her passion for transformation and honing her skills in the meditative arts over many years, in 2020 Carol began sharing her unique meditative experiences, discovering a deep fulfillment in creating a path into sacred awareness for others to share. Whilst the inspiration flows, experiential meditative journeys will continue to be Carol's creative offering and joy!

Jo-Anne has a background as some of you may know, in health, studying as a trade nurse in 1983 at Royal Adelaide Hospital. Ayurveda found her when Dr Krishna Kumar was teaching his first students {Australian School of Ayurveda} in Adelaide. From falling in love with Ayurveda’s teachings, to literally falling off a fifty metre cliff at Marino Rocks with no rails, Jo-Anne’s life was being mapped out. Opening this suitcase of her life Ayurveda has been and continues to have for her a natural strong understanding and a flow from the beginning. “Darlin Dal is only another pebble on the soul’s journey”, says Jo-Anne who is now studying with the renowned David Frawley Vedic Counselling.

A light Ayurvedic meal will be cooked, served and shared by those attending.

ALL FOOD SERVED WILL BE VEGAN/PLANT BASED OTHERWISED CLEARY STATED.
