Nov 1 Breathwork for Ancestral Healing

Join me for a special Breathwork and Sound Healing event with a focus on working with ancestral healing and energy. As the veil thins during Scorpio season, we have a powerful opportunity to work on ancestral patterns and with spirits. Through journal prompts, reflection, breathwork and sound healing we will explore the gifts of our ancestry as well as what we are ready to heal and release.

Breathwork is an ancient technique that supports deep relaxation and self-healing. It is an excellent tool for regulating the nervous system and benefits can include reduction in anxiety and depression, improved sleep and increased energy.

During this session, you will be guided to journal on the topics of ancestral healing, contribute to the building of a community ancestral altar for our session, and then receive guided support through active breathwork to explore healing ancestral patterns.

Following the breathwork meditation, enjoy the healing vibrations and tones of a sound bath with gongs and crystal singing bowls that will deepen your relaxation.

After the meditation, there will be an opportunity to share or ask questions.

To prepare, please wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal one hour prior to the event. Bring a journal, photo or memento for the altar, cushion, blanket and water bottle.
