November Sunday School: Lefse Making

This class is very hands on and will REQUIRE you to bring your own Lefse iron, lefse stick and rolling pin. You very well could book this class with a friend and bring one iron to share as there will be a lot to do for two people.

We will be making your dough for your lefse the night before as it needs to chill, for you to roll day of. We will discuss this during class and will give you the recipe for this along with ways to serve your lefse, storage of lefse and some short cuts to making lefse.

You will package and take all lefse home.

We will be offering light snacks and drinks.
