Griffith isn’t just a regional town—it’s a powerhouse of Australian food production. This 3-day food study tour is your chance to explore the people, produce and places that make the Riverina region so important to our industry.

From almonds to Murray cod, citrus to cotton, Griffith is overflowing with producers and stories worth discovering. This is a tour designed to be educational, hands-on and delicious.

Tour Highlights:
✔️ Whitton Malt House & Southern Cotton Gin – Learn how local grains and cotton shape both food and farming in the region. Enjoy a guided tour, local wine, and dinner featuring regional produce.
✔️ Aquna Sustainable Murray Cod – Discover the sustainable farming methods behind Australia’s favourite freshwater fish.
✔️ Mandolé Orchard – Experience almond milk and butters at their freshest, and see what sustainable, award-winning farming looks like in action.
✔️ Morella Grove – Wander through the olive groves and taste premium oils while hearing about the region’s farming history.
✔️ Griffith Food Precinct – From delis to restaurants, explore the main street and meet local operators shaping Griffith’s reputation.
✔️ Calabria Family Wine Group – Visit the cellar door and taste why Griffith is one of the unsung heroes of Australian wine.

Each day starts and ends at Quest Hotel Griffith, with a private bus taking care of transport around the region.
