NSW Police Youth Command x Down Syndrome NSW - Fitness & Boxing Class for Young People with Down syndrome (ages 12-19 years old)

We are excited to invite you to a day of fun, fitness, and community, created especially for young adults with Down syndrome aged 12 to 19!

Down Syndrome NSW, in collaboration with NSW Police Force Youth Command, is hosting a special Meet & Greet event followed by a Fitness Boxing Class. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or new to boxing, this event is all about having fun, trying something new, and meeting great people. If you're feeling unsure about joining in, no worries—you're welcome to come along, watch the activities, and enjoy the chance to meet new friends in a relaxed, supportive setting.

After the fitness class, a delicious light lunch will be provided by Down Syndrome NSW, offering a perfect opportunity to unwind, chat, and build friendships with fellow participants.
