Celebrating Reconciliation Week: 'All In'

Join us for our next NSWICC Member & Partner Networking Event of 2026, bringing together NSWICC Assured Members and Partner organisations for an afternoon of meaningful connection, collaboration, and opportunity.This exclusive networking event provides a relaxed and welcoming environment to build relationships across the Indigenous business ecosystem. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with Indigenous businesses, corporate partners, and key stakeholders, while engaging in conversations that support collaboration, procurement opportunities, and long-term partnerships.

Special Guest Speaker: Kate Delaney

General Manager, Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Program at Reconciliation Australia

We are delighted to welcome Kate Delaney as our guest speaker for this event.Reflecting on this year's National Reconciliation Week theme, "All In", Kate will share crucial insights on strengthening RAP implementation and deepening engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses. The "All In" theme highlights the collective commitment required from all sectors to advance meaningful Indigenous economic participation.About the Speaker:Kate joined Reconciliation Australia in 2017 as part of the Reconciliation Action Plan team and was appointed General Manager of the RAP Program in 2024. In this role, Kate is responsible for the operational leadership and strategic direction of the program, which now supports more than 3,300 organisations through the RAP network. The RAP framework supports these organisations by providing a structured approach to advance reconciliation, allowing them to turn good intentions into action by building relationships, respect, and opportunities to create tangible and substantive benefits. Kate’s work builds on a number of years of experience working in different roles within the not-for-profit sector, including in the United Kingdom. She currently lives on Gadigal Country and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Macquarie University.
