Come and join Amanda and Jill for a day of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and connection with like-minded souls. Morning Tea / Refreshments are included, please bring BYO Lunch (there is a lovely Cafe located near the Studio and the Village of Samford is a few minutes' drive)

This day is all about You.

What's included?

An opportunity to try a few different styles of Yoga:

Hatha Yoga
Synergy Yoga
Restorative Yoga

Breathwork

Learn how to tune into your breath and how to use your diaphragm more efficiently. When we are stressed, we often use our upper chest muscles to breathe. You'll be shown some strategies to calm those upper chest muscles down which then provides the opportunity for your diaphragm to be your main muscle of breathing. This can then assist in utilising 360 breathing which can have an effect on our Pelvic Floor. It's all connected and it's absolutely fascinating. And it's something you can access anytime and anywhere. It's such a valuable skill to have.

Meditation

Learn how to Meditate without the need of music or an app. All you need is yourself, a comfortable place to sit and a few initial prompts in how to get started. Once you learn how to Meditate without the need of external prompts, you can truly start to feel the benefits and begin to focus on yourself rather than the need to listen to external prompts which take our focus away from the self.

Womens' Circle

This is an opportunity to come together without the demands of the outside world, a space to connect and share, or a space to just be. It's a space free of judgement, expectation, pressure or noise, a space for you to remember who you really are.
