Your Facilitators:
Ilana Kosakiewicz and Katie Parker are not only experienced facilitators but also mums who understand the delicate balance of managing family, work, and self-care.

Ilana Kosakiewicz is a renowned Australian kinesiologist, women’s energy and cycles mentor, yoga and meditation teacher, and retreat facilitator. She is passionate about helping women restore their energy and create a life based on "their" own energetic needs.

Katie Parker is a social worker, perinatal counsellor, parenting educator, Motherhood Studies practitioner and women’s circle facilitator. She is passionate about supporting mothers to push back against the ‘shoulds’ of patriarchal motherhood in order to create a values-aligned life where they feel empowered to do motherhood their way.
