Event description

Allow us to nurture you for 2 hours with pranayama, yin yoga, meditation and sound bath followed by herbal teas and delicious nibbles..

Yin Yoga is a passive practice, involving deep stretches held for an average of 3-5 minutes, benefitting the largest tissue structure in the body, the connective tissue, ligaments, bones, joints and the deep fascia networks rather than the muscles. The degree of success of your Yin Yoga practice is equal to your ability to let go of any tension in your body and mind. 

For most of us it is challenging to stop doing and just be. This is where the beat of the medicine drum will come into play. Your focus will be on the medicine drum until your heartbeat and breath fall in line rhythmically with the drum. This allows you to let go more and more and drop and relax deeper into the poses. 

About your facilitators

Rose from Moves for a Better You is a holistic wellness coach, yoga and Pilates instructor. She has experienced herself how various breathing techniques and a variety of movements ease stress and anxiety as well as other physical and mental challenges and is passionate about helping others to improve their physical and mental health. 

Harshani from Hum Healing is an intuitive energy healing facilitator passionate about helping you be your best self! She works with her angels, spirit and animal guides and incorporates Reiki, crystals, sound therapy, Heart Resonance Therapy, essential oils and divinity cards in her practice. 

What to bring? Your own yoga mat, bolster, Cushion - You may borrow these items from Peaceful Hub; however, please bring a sarong/large shawl/ towel  etc to lay over the borrowed items. Please bring a water bottle and if you wish an eye pillow or mask. 

An item for the altar: Harshani always invites participants to bring an item to add to the unique altar created for each session (which you take back with you). It can be a symbolic offering to spirit/Universe, a memento of your intention, an item to absorb the positive energies....The item can be anything you wish, from a hand written note to a piece of jewelery, a crystal, a flower.......

Parking: There is ample of street parking.
