As mothers our nervous systems are often on high alert, we are watching toddlers, soothing cries, making sure school bags are packed, the list is never ending. We need dedicated time and space to help us regulate and sooth our systems in order to keep the stress at a healthy balance.
At these gatherings you will find the space to let go of the to do lists, and just be yourself again. You will also be introduced to simple (so simple) techniques to help find a little more calm in your day to day life.
Mumma Gatherings are safe places to share worries, negative thoughts, and the good stuff too - and to be held by others who are in the same boat as you.
