Oxley Creek Catchment Association – General Meeting & Guest Presentation

Date: Tuesday, 26 August 2025
Time: 5:30pm for 6:00pm–8:00pm
Location: Archerfield Wetlands Community Hub, 455 Bowhill Road, Durack

Join us for an engaging talk by Brandan Holt, a molecular biologist, cancer researcher, and passionate native bee enthusiast. He is an active member of the the Ipswich and West Moreton Beekeepers Association.

His presentation, “Native Bee Protection and the Future of Beekeeping in Australia,” will explore native bee management and current challenges facing Australian beekeepers.

Following the presentation and light refreshments, OCCA will provide an update on current activities.
