OCTOBER Beginners plant-based cooking workshop
Whether you want to be completely plant-based, or just learn to cook more meatless meals to boost the family's veggie intake, this hands-on cooking workshop shows that cooking plant-based meals can be:

During this session we will cook three super speedy meals together, enjoy tasting our creations, and you'll leave with bags of kitchen confidence and some recipes to try at home.
You'll even receive an example plant-based meal plan (designed by a nutritionist) that proves meatless meals can fit and stay in your busy lifestyle and you'll have the chance to ask your hosts, Julie & Trish, any questions you may have about plant-based cooking.
After this workshop you'll have the tools you need to enjoy the benefits of including more fruit, veggies, nuts, legumes and seeds each day to enjoy like increased energy, lower levels of inflammation, improved gut health, lower cholesterol and improved immunity.
This workshop is suited to absolute beginners with an emphasis on easy, quick affordable meals, suitable for bulk meal prep. No cooking experience is required - please note, this is not a gourmet cooking workshop.
