We also explore self-leadership, increasing self-awareness and emotional intelligence — especially under pressure — giving you the ability to lead teams through change, tension and growth.

3 half-day sessions (12:00pm – 5:00pm), from the 22nd October covering:

• Leading yourself first — self-awareness, triggers, and leadership identity

• Communication and difficult conversations — practical frameworks you use straight away

• Leading others and team dynamics — accountability, culture, and people leadership

Plus 

3 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions (pre, mid, and post-program) to make the learning stick - and to support your journey.

You'll also connect with other leaders from small-to-medium businesses navigating the same challenges.
