This course will teach you all the basics of working or volunteering in an office administration role. Using real world examples, this course covers:
Reception duties and how to use your judgement skills to gatekeep or escalate issues
PDF manipulation using I Love PDF
Google emails and calendar: including tone, forms of address, sign offs and etiquette for meeting invitations
Setting up rooms and video conferencing: in person and via Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Equipment audits, product research and purchasing within a budget using Google Sheets
How to use Google Forms to create and track client feedback
Using a client relationship management system to enter clients and record payments
Online Whiteboarding and Charts
Making procedures and working in a team using Cloud-based software
