OMtober Mantra Challenge (October 1-`31)

This October, in alignment with Mental Health Month, join us for OMtober, a 31-day guided challenge to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through daily mantra practice.
You’ll learn one powerful Sanskrit mantra designed to promote balance and clarity. Practice it for just 5–10 minutes a day in your own time, and witness how consistent sound and intention can shift your inner landscape.
🌀 In person or Online meet up: Every Wednesday of October (starting 1st Oct)
🌀 Time: 9:30am (Sydney Time) for a 45-minute practice
🌀 Where: The OM House, 52 Hall St, Bondi Beach
🌀 Contribution: Full Month: $108 / Drop-In: $30
Can’t make it in person? Join us online from wherever you are. If the timing doesn’t work for you to attend the weekly in-person gathering, I’d be happy to send you a recording. Let the power of sound carry you through October.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Black Dog Institute, supporting mental health research and awareness.
