A 31-Day Mantra Challenge

This October, in alignment with Mental Health Month, join us for OMtober, a 31-day guided challenge to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through daily mantra practice.

You’ll learn one powerful Sanskrit mantra designed to promote balance and clarity. Practice it for just 5–10 minutes a day, and witness how consistent sound and intention can shift your inner landscape.

When: We will meet either in person or online every Wednesday of October (starting 1st Oct)

Time: 9:30am for a 45-minute practice

Where: The OM House, 52 Hall St, Bondi Beach

Contribution: Full Month: $108 / Drop-In: $30
