As you begin this practice, it’s especially important that we find a comfortable position to sit up straight. In this first session our master will dive into a Dharma talk of Four Noble Truths and practice of loving kindness and compassion. During this session, you will dive into hands-on experience and understanding why the training of loving kindness is so central to most spiritual traditions throughout time and what self-love really is and
