OHP26 - Curtin Heritage Cottesloe Redevelopment Tour
Description
We are excited to announce 'Curtin Heritage Cottesloe Redevelopment' by Hames Sharley and Griffiths Architects will a destination for Open House 2026.
There will be tours on Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th of November, between 10 am and 3 pm each day and will be an hour long. When you arrive, please follow the heritage garden path and queue at the heritage theatre.
Only 20 people will be able to participate in each tour, make sure you register soon to secure your preferred time slot.
The heritage buildings have been repurposed to be more community-focused facilities, including more art spaces, a theatre, a men's shed and community spaces. Completed in stages between 2016 and 2024, the redevelopment combines contemporary retirement apartments, residential aged care accommodation, landscaped public open space and community facilities with the preserved heritage precinct. More than half of the site has been dedicated to gardens and open space, creating a strong connection between residents, visitors and the surrounding Cottesloe community.
This project features Woodpecker flooring.
