Organic form Pottery session

2 Pot Creative welcomes you to make an Organic form pottery bowl or plate. During a 2.5hr session you will be guided through the process of drawing from your imagination to create and produce your very own groovy piece. Unfiltered sandy coloured clay and white slip will be used to give a coastal vibe to your pottery.

Hand building pottery slab building, slip application and carving techniques will be explored to create from your ball of clay a pottery piece that is truly yours. During your time in the studio you will be provided with all the necessary tools and materials so you can focus on enjoying the experience without any pressure. Personalised guidance will be provided in this small group to help you create a beautiful piece of functional art.

Whether your looking for a new way to be creative, relieve stress or just enjoy a fun activity within a positive space, this pottery session will be good for your soul.

Once your clay creation is checked and allowed to dry it will go through it's first bisque firing, followed by hand application of food safe glaze and a glaze firing. This process can take between 4-6 weeks, you'll be notified for  collection of your pottery.

Please be aware some pottery pieces can break despite my best efforts to prevent issues during the finishing processes. I will do my utmost to ensure a successful outcome, however I'm unable to offer refunds for pieces that crack naturally due to the drying, firing and glazing processes.
