David Tristram is one of the country's most popular comedy playwrights. In this, his first novel, he brings his trademark hilarity to every page, but with a poignant and unusual story that tingles every nerve ending and jangles every human emotion before finally reaching its extraordinary conclusion.

Tickets Refunds Policy:

We understand that plans may change, and we want to provide you with our cancellation policy to ensure a transparent and fair process. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for theatre tickets:

1. Refund Percentage:
   • A 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled performance date - This is to cover administrative cost of ticket sales provider (Humantix) - The OTP absorb all administrative fees.
2. Cut-off Period:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled performance date.
3. Cancellation Process:
   • Tickets are cancelled using the Humantix ticket service for an automated process
4. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made within the specified timeframe
5. Refund Processing Time:
   • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
6. Cancellation by the Organiser:
   • In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Rescheduling:
   • If you are unable to attend the originally scheduled performance, we may consider rescheduling your tickets for an alternative date, subject to availability- Please contact us on social media Facebook Instagram
8. Exceptions:
